Marvin Webster is an 18y/o college student who presents to the clinic with cough, fatigue, sore throat, headache and malgias that started 4 days ago. Pt denies flu vaccine this year, and has been around other students who have been sick with similar symptoms. On exam Pt has a fever of 101.1F, tender cervical lymph node, and dry cough noted.
Marvin F. Webster is a 18 year old male college student with history of childhood asthma and unvaccinated for influenza. Patient came in with complaints of headache, dry cough, fatigues and weakness, temperature of 101 f, myalgia, sore throat, and bilateral anterior cervical lymphadenopathy. Patient report exposure to roommate who was sick with a cough last week. Patient denies chest pain, dizziness, tingling, or numbness. Patient denies nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.
This is an 18 year old male college student with a history of childhood asthma who presents with an acute cough, fatigue, sore throat, headache x 4 days. He states he had interaction with someone that was sick, has not received his annual flu vaccination or COVID 19 booster . Upon physical examination he was noted to have a temperature of 101 F, tachycardia, erythematous pharynx, and bilateral anterior cervical lymphadenopathy, but is negative for adventitious breathe sounds and hepatospenomegaly.
