Introduction
SALESCALL Inc. has thousands of salespeople throughout the country. A sample of 100 salespeople is selected, and data is collected on the following variables.
- SALES (the number of sales made this week)
- CALLS (the number of sales calls made this week)
- TIME (the average time per call this week)
- YEARS (years of experience in the call center)
- TYPE (the type of training, either group training, online training of no training)
The data file can be found in Doc Sharing titled Course Project Data.xlsx. This project is due in three parts, at the end of Weeks 2, 6, and 7 respectively.
